DESCRIPTION:Caring Connections brings grieving children\, teens\, and families together to find comfort and support among peers. Through activities centered on fun and play\, participants can build friendships and share experiences. \nJoin us for an afternoon at a Durham Bulls baseball game as we celebrate community\, fun\, and remembrance together. This free family outing includes lunch and offers a meaningful opportunity for campers to reconnect and create new memories in a supportive environment. \nPriority registration is open to children and families who attended Camp BRIGHT 2025. Beginning March 1\, any remaining tickets will be offered to families who did not attend Camp 2025. \nSpace is limited\, so please register by April 1\, 2026 by calling 919-719-7199 or emailing kidsgrief@transitionslifecare.org. \nThe game begins at 1:05pm; please arrive by 12:30pm
