Night of Remembrance
Transitions LifeCare’s annual Night of Remembrance is a longstanding tradition, a powerful experience of coming together in memory of our loved ones and in support of each other. During this service of remembrance, we acknowledge our connection as a community of grievers and honor our loved ones.
You and yours are invited to celebrate the life of your loved one with a virtual luminary walk, a recognition of relationships, and a time of quiet reflection upon their names and images.
The link to this pre-recorded service will be posted on this webpage the week of Thanksgiving and will remain here throughout the month of December. If you would like for your loved one’s name and image to be included in this tribute, click here to fill out our online order form. Orders must be received by Friday, October 29, 2021.
Note: your loved one’s name, photo, and tribute message will be viewable to all those who watch this service.
