Transitions GriefCare and Transitions Kids invite you to join us for an offering of remembrance and renewal. You will be guided on a path to honor your grief through our Transitions LifeCare campus. This outdoor experience will provide opportunities for reflection, creativity, and quiet contemplation.
Date: Thursday, May 18, 2023
Time: Family Friendly (child/teen adaptations available) Arrive between 5:00–5:45pm. Allow approximately 1 hour to complete your walk.
General Audience Arrive between 6:00–7:30pm. Allow approximately 45 minutes.

Yes, your completion of this form will serve as your registration. We will be in contact via email close to the date of the event to remind you of the time you registered to attend.
Yes, this event will be held in person on Thursday, May 18, 2023. Families with children/teens are invited to arrive between 5:00-5:45 pm; those attending General Admission may arrive between 6:00- 7:45 pm.
No, there will not be a virtual offering or recording.
No, there will not be a formal service; this program is an interactive, guided walk.
Yes, in the event of inclement weather, a rain date will be determined and communicated closer to the time of the event.
Plan to allow about 1 hour for families with children/teens and 45 minutes for General Audience to complete the walk.
Yes, you may bring companions on your walk. Due to limited parking, we encourage carpooling when able.
No, we are not able to accommodate pets (with the exception of certified service animals). Hospice therapy dogs will be present at the event for therapeutic purposes.
Yes, there will be wheelchair ramps/zero threshold access throughout campus.
All donations will be used to provide ongoing, quality, no-cost grief support to the community.
All buildings will be closed unless you are visiting someone in the Hospice Home.
Yes, there will be access to the restrooms in the foyer of the Sanctuary.
