Advance Care Planning workshop: Who will make your health care decisions, if you are unable to make them yourself?

None of us want to think about it, right? But at some point in the future, we all may face a situation where important decisions must be made
about our healthcare, but we are unable to speak for ourselves. Or perhaps this has happened to a loved one. Are you prepared? Come to this workshop to learn how to get your ducks in a row. This will be an informative workshop about advanced care planning, healthcare, proxies, legal paperwork, and will include an interactive exercise that will clarify your thoughts.

This workshop will feature information about the health care aspects of advance care planning with Betsy Barton, and ALSO about the legal aspects, with guest speaker and attorney Christine Ryan. For those who are interested, we will have notaries available to notarize your advance directives.
