Caregivers are often faced with a lot of unfamiliar suggestions and terminology. This glossary of terms is a general list and includes some resources/benefits not provided by Transitions LifeCare. For more information, please contact us.
Do you feel overwhelmed and confused, inexperienced, or even fearful that you are alone as you sort through the tangled web of resources and services? We talk with area experts who provide information and advice for caregivers in our weekly “Aging Matters” radio show. All shows available on demand here.
We match caregivers with resources and services that will support them in their caregiving journey. Vetted Vendors are our first source for referrals provided to our caregivers seeking assistance. If you would like to apply to become a Vetted Vendor with us, you must be an organization of excellence and have been in business for at least one year.
Following the submission of your application, our referral specialists will review your information and publicly-available audits and meet with you to ensure your organization matches well with our caregivers’ needs. Please be as specific as possible in providing your differentiators and fees; this will help us make the best referrals possible to our caregivers.
