Family Support Training

Family Support Volunteers provide respite, companionship, and emotional support to patients and their families. We recommend anyone who is interested in becoming a family support volunteer attend this session to understand the role, differentiate their feelings about death and dying, gain awareness of simple things they can do to promote comfort to the patient, and much more.
