Honoring Veterans at End of Life (evening)

Veterans face many unique challenges at the end of life and often the families and loved ones find themselves unprepared to adequately address these needs. In this presentation participants will gain an understanding of the unique needs that a veteran often faces when approaching the end of their life and we will identify strategies for helping loved ones to honor and care for the veteran.
