Social Isolation & Loneliness (Contact Hour)

The impact of social isolation and loneliness can be devastating to the health of anyone but especially to those who are aging. In this presentation we will discuss strategies to maintain social connections and discover resources that are available for the isolated and lonely. In a time when we are socially distanced from others, we will explore together how we can care for the ones we love and become a neighbor to someone in need.
