July 25: Creative Healing
We will discuss how grief impacts the body and ways to utilize art and creativity for healing. Participants will learn how art-making can promote rest and renewal. No previous art experience needed.
August 1: Walking the Labyrinth
A labyrinth is a single path that twists and turns back upon itself in an elaborate circular pattern, inducing contemplation as walkers slowly make their way along its winding path. Participants must be able to walk up and down moderate incline without assistance.
August 8: Chair Yoga
Participants will practice chair yoga, relaxing guided imagery, and breathing exercises to energize and uplift. All levels/abilities welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing and dress in layers. Session size is limited.
August 15: Writing Through Grief
An opportunity to explore writing as a tool for self-discovery and healing. No writing experience needed.
