Holiday Greeting Card Program

This holiday season, honor your loved ones and colleagues with a greeting card that gives back. Your holiday greeting cards will help Transitions LifeCare continue to give each patient and family our special gift of joy & peace!

For a suggested minimum $10 donation per card, our staff will sign, address, stamp, and mail your cards for you. You may also request blank cards and envelopes.

To ensure delivery in time for the holidays, we ask that all orders are received by December 10.

If you are interested in purchasing holiday greeting cards there a couple ways you can submit your order.  Below, you can make a credit card payment and then complete you order by emailing us your list of recipients to philanthropydept@transitionslifecare.org.
