Lights of Remembrance 2024

Luminaries around a sculpture gardenTransitions GriefCare presents Lights of Remembrance, an opportunity to honor our loved ones and acknowledge our strength as a community of grievers.

On Wednesday, January 10 and Thursday, January 11 from 5:30–7:30pm, we will light up our campus for a self-guided luminary walk. We invite you to select ONE of these dates to attend and celebrate the life of your loved one on a self-guided walk through light, imagery, and quiet reflection. There will be an opportunity to engage in a silent activity that will later be displayed as a community art project.

Please note that the deadline for luminary requests has passed. While we are unable to accommodate any additional requests, we welcome you to join us on campus as we hold space for our collective grief.

NOTE: Your loved one’s name, photo, and tribute message will be viewable to all who attend this event and/or are on campus.
