Lights of Remembrance 2022

Luminaries around a sculpture gardenTransitions GriefCare presents Lights of Remembrance, an opportunity to honor our loved ones and acknowledge our strength as a community of grievers.

On Tuesday, December 6 and Thursday, December 8 from 5:30–7:30pm, we will light up our campus for a self-guided luminary walk. We invite you to select one of these dates to attend and celebrate the life of your loved one through light, imagery, and quiet reflection as you walk the illuminated pathways. There will also be an opportunity to engage in a silent activity that will become a community art project.

The date to submit a personalized tribute has passed but we hope you can attend one of the self-guided luminary walks.

NOTE: Your loved one’s name, photo, and tribute message will be viewable to all who attend this event and/or are on campus.
