Donors to Transitions Kids will increase the financial impact of their gift through a $40,000 matching grant from 4 Others Foundation.

transitions kids logoThe 4 Others Foundation is providing Transitions LifeCare the opportunity for up to a $40,000 matching grant for donors who give to our Transitions Kids (TK) fund. The dollar-for-dollar match, designed to broaden the base of TK supporters, will be awarded for donors who give to Transitions Kids for the first time, donors who increase their last annual gift, and lapsed Transitions LifeCare. The match period will end on September 30, 2025.

These funds will allow TK to achieve their mission to compassionately care for children, families, and communities significantly impacted by illness or loss on their sacred journey of love, triumph, exasperation, and grief; through education, advocacy, and adventure. Funds raised through the match will support TK palliative care services.

For questions about the matching grant or ways to give, please contact Christine Casey, VP of Philanthropy at 919-828-0890 or chcasey@transitionslifecare.org. To give now, please visit: www.transitionslifecare.org/donate.
